Pandemic Resource Update 5-14-20
Good afternoon clients,
Stay-at-Home Order Overturned
As I’m sure most of you are now aware, Wisconsin’s Supreme Court has overturned Governor Evers’ stay-at-home order:
If you are in Dane County, you are probably also aware that Public Health Madison and Dane County issued an immediate order following the Court’s decision which adopted the original Safer at Home Order for Dane County. Dane County has also adopted the “turning the dial” Emergency Orders – which were issued earlier this week and provided measures to re-open retail store with additional contingencies. You can read the order here: https://publichealthmdc.com/documents/2020-05_Adopting_Safer_at_Home.pdf
Safety Advice for Re-opening
“Yesterday there was a fantastic webinar from Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) with some great tips about preparing your store to welcome shoppers. Click here to listen to the recording. There were quite a few eye-opening tips shared in this presentation. We highly recommend taking the time to listen to it.” – SW WI SBDC
